Yes, root access (SSH) or administrator access (RDP) is granted and you will have full administrative control of your server, to install any software that you wish or change any settings within your server. Full access is available on both managed & unmanaged servers.
How long does it take to provision a new order?

All bare metal servers are usually in stock and are setup within 24-48 hours. However for custom setup/addons the setup might take a few days longer.
What kind of hardware is used for my Dedicated Server?

We use Dell and HP servers with Hardware RAID which is secured and flexible. All Servers use Enterprise Grade Hard Drives and Solid State Drives (SSDs), redundant Network Connections and Redundant Power Supplies for highest availability.
How do I scale my Dedicated Server?

If your business needs grow fast, you might want to add more resources to your server (RAM, HDD, etc). You will need to contact our support team to request and addon and schedule the idea time to take down your server to install the requested components.
What is the level of support provided with dedicated servers?

Can I access the server at the data center in Dubai?

For single dedicated servers, we offer you an online platform to manage your server. You cannot access the data center as these servers are placed in racks that are shared with other customers just like you. However if you are looking for a more private solution, we can offer you a private rack (quarter, half or complete rack) and you can have access to it. We also offer Colocation Services.
