The privacy of our clients is extremely important to AEserver. We strongly believe in individual's rights to privacy and that personal information is not a commodity and should not be treated as one. At all times we will never share your personal information with any third parties without your permission.
AEserver does not collect personal information of any non-customer under any circumstance. Any information received, whether that of customer or non, will not be distributed to any party.
Access to customer information will not be granted to any third-party unless this is required & requestedby a competent law enforcement agency in the geographies that we operate in.
AEserver does not sell or rent customer e-mail addresses or other information to any third-party and, inversely, Our Terms of Service prohibits any client from sending Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE aka “spam”) using our web services.
All client information, such as your e-mail address and phone number, is used only for internal purposes to contact if necessary for announcements and updates. Financial information that is collected is stored securely and is used only to bill the client for products and services which have been purchased.
Domain Names WHOIS: When a domain name is registered, certain information is collected for use on the public WHOIS service that is usually operated by the domain’s registry operator or the registry directly. The WHOIS Service allows internet users to query a Domain Name to find out the identity and contact details of the Registrant. The public WHOIS service is a standard feature of Domain Name systems around the world. Some domain name extensions offer a domain privacy, ID protection, WHOIS protection or a private registration service that will mask/replace the original domain registrant’s contact details. This varies from each gtld/cctld to the other. If this option is available it will be offered during the ordering process.
